Mur69 et le Comoedia organisent en résonance avec le Festival Peinture fraîche, la projection pour la première fois à Lyon du documentaire sur le graffiti XXL de Jérôme Thomas. “Sky is the limit” vous plonge dans une tournée internationale des plus beaux murs du monde. Des façades monumentales d’Ukraine en passant par celles de la Pologne ou de Paris, découvrez l’histoire du muralisme née au Mexique, exporté aux états-unis puis repris par les peintres du monde entier.

Une nouvelle école, aux racines ancrées dans l’art urbain va s’emparer de ces façades verticales sans fin. L’art communautaire du graffiti se meut en art public pour le plaisir du plus grand nombre. La notoriété fait de ses artistes hors norme les nouveaux héros du street art monumental.
